Nautic Air program managers and project managers plan each effort to determine the resources required to accomplish the endeavor. We develop a project with financial projections to match the tasks in that schedule. These financial and schedule budgets become management tools for measuring program and project progress. We manage risk in the schedule by incorporating coordination cycles for each deliverable that will include key members from Nautic Air and from the client’s project team. By managing project performance and cost against a schedule, we identify complications quickly and make the necessary corrections well before they become significant problems.
Nautic Air takes a team approach to each task. Our personnel and associates work closely with the customer, delivering exceptional results that are exemplary in both quality and value. The periodic reviews performed for each program or project by quality personnel and senior company officers result in a realistic plan for task accomplishment, continuing measurement of cost and performance progress for the task, and timely completion of the task within budgeted resources of time, money, and people. The customer is always the key to our team approach, and, as our customer, your integral role virtually guarantees that your needs will be satisfied.
Key Nautic Air personnel will be involved with your project at every step, providing senior level oversight and guidance. Our approach to quality control includes four levels.
- The first level of quality control is incumbent upon the several individuals assigned to complete each of the tasks. These individuals have the authority to act and the responsibility for completion of each task. Problem resolution at the lowest level ensures timeliness and cost control.
- The operations manager and the team leader are the second level of quality control. Both will ensure that the tasks and deliverables are complete and in accordance with the Statement of Work and the desires of the client.
- The third level of quality control will be for administrative purposes, consisting of testing and reporting.
- The fourth level of quality control rests with the project manager and respective team presidents, who will approve the release of any deliverable task, ensuring that the deliverable has been properly coordinated and truly reflects the quality of Nautic Air work.
